Accessorize with Neon...

Although I have jumped in head first with the pastel trend, I have been a little hesitant to embrace the neon trend.  I'm just not sure how covering half of my body in bright neon could possibly be flattering.  Therefore, I thought I would ease into it by adding a neon accessory to a more neutral toned ensemble for a splash of color.

It's all about... the Maxi Skirt with a Slit

As we all know, the maxi skirt has been very popular for the past few seasons.  However, this spring season, the designers have changed it up a bit and added the super sexy slit (hopefully the boys will appreciate the maxi skirt trend a little more with the added slit).  I love this look.  I think it gives the maxi "a little something extra" and makes the maxi more wearable for the nighttime!
